Milano – Le importanti novità di MITTELMODA 2010 sono state presentate a MILANOMODADONNA da Matteo Marzotto, ospite di Temporary Atelier Lectra al Milano Fashion Center.
Atteso da molte persone del settore moda (giornalisti, buyer, opinion leader, rappresentanti di fashion brand, fotografi, etc.) il Presidente di Mittelmoda International Lab dà inizio alla conferenza stampa raccontando quanto sia importante anche per lui, che si definisce giovane imprenditore della moda, puntare sui giovani che rappresentano il futuro. Dopo aver presentato il concorso per giovani stilisti come uno dei più accreditati a livello internazionale, che si colloca all’inizio della filiera rivolgendosi ai talenti che escono dalle scuole, introduce alcune novità, come l’anticipazione dell`evento al 1 luglio a Gorizia.
Pur sottolineando la necessità di mantenere una certa territorialità radicando e presentando l`evento dove è nato e cresciuto, ossia a Gorizia, il Presidente Matteo Marzotto ricorda che la conquista del panorama milanese è un aspetto che dà un valore aggiunto al fashion contest. Obiettivo dell’edizione nr. 18 edizione è quello di portare Mittelmoda a Milano con una postview, e dare ai giovani creativi buona visibilità a MilanoModaDonna di settembre sia verso i buyer sia verso la stampa.
“E` importante presentarsi in un panorama così ampio, una vera sfida che permette di ampliare anche il proprio background personale. Per i ragazzi sarà molto stimolante cimentarsi tra tante sfilate e presentazioni. Si potrebbe portare i giovani designer in un contesto simile a quello del Temporary Atelier, un`ottima opportunità per mostrare il loro talento, la loro volontà e il loro sogno” afferma Matteo Marzotto, e non nasconde che ci sono anche altri progetti in via di definizione.

Milan - The important news related to Mittelomda_the fashion award 2010 were presented by its President Matteo Marzotto, during MILANFASHIONWEEK at Temporary Atelier Lectra.
Awaited by many people of the fashion system (journalists, buyers, opinion leaders, fashion brands’ representatives, photographers among the others) Matteo Marzotto gives a start to the press conference highlighting the importance of focusing on young fashion designers, who are the future. Also for him, who defines himself as a young enterpriser of fashion. After presenting the competition as one of the most recognized on a global scale, dedicated to young fashion talent graduating at the art & design schools, introduces some news, such as the event`s anticipation on July, 1st in Gorizia, Italy. Even though he underlines the importance of keeping alive the relationship with the territory where Mittelmoda was born, Matteo Marzotto adds that the presence in Milan gives a higher value to the fashion contest. The 2010 edition`s aim is that of taking Mittelmoda to Milan with a postview of the July`s event, to give young talent visibility at MilanFashionWeek in September, in front of the buyers as well as the press.
“It is important to be introduced to such a wide environment, a real challenge that permits to widen one`s own personal backgroud. Students find it stimulating and get ready for both shows and presentations. It would be nice to create for the students a context similar to that of the Temporary Atelier Lectra, a perfect opportunity to show their talent, their will and their dreams“ says Matteo Marzotto, without hiding that some new projects are just around the corner.
